LCI works in collaboration with the Housing Authority of New Haven to coordinate, conduct, and process Housing Quality Standard (HQS) inspections. there are approximately 3,200 portable vouchers in the City of New Haven. The Housing Code is combined wit HUD's HQS to ensure the health and safety of the participants.
